Job summary

You will coordinate Safety, Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing teams to drive alignment, automation, and digital transformation across the site. You will monitor performance using metrics, manage risks, and guide change management to ensure sustainable adoption of project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
• Strong project execution mindset with ability to manage scope, schedule and deliverables.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and governance practices.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) or equivalent; Lean Six Sigma and MBA a plus.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence, manufacturing expansion, new product and process introduction. This role is responsible for managing high-impact projects and programs from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment across global, regional and local organizations. The ideal candidate is an exceptional project practitioner with strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills who can successfully deliver multiple projects while balancing scope, schedule, budget, and business Values.

• You facilitate project reviews, governance forums, steering committee meetings, and leadership updates, providing clear visibility of progress, risks, decisions, and support requirements.
• You lead cross-functional problem-solving and decision-making efforts to remove execution barriers and maintain project momentum.
• You define, standardize, and drive adoption of PMO governance, project management methodologies, stage-gate processes, reporting standards, and execution best practices across the organization.
• You support change management, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and implementation activities to ensure sustainable adoption of project outcomes.
