Job summary

Renikola Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to lead the Solar Division and oversee the performance of utility-scale solar assets in Malaysia. You will drive reliability, asset performance, and a proactive maintenance strategy while expanding into Battery Energy Storage Systems.

The role requires 8–12 years in solar/PV operations, strong leadership, and ability to engage with regulators and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years in solar PV, power generation, or industrial plant operations.
• 3–5+ years leading teams.
• Strong technical fluency — read drawings, test reports, performance curves.
• Proven track record managing contractors and incidents under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of multiple large-scale solar PV plants — safety, reliability, and results.
• Track plant availability, PR, generation, and losses, and act fast on any slippage.
• Direct planned and corrective maintenance across plant teams and O&M contractors.
• Ensure each site has manpower, spares, and resources to maintain uptime.
• Lead internal projects end-to-end from concept to implementation.
