Qualifications

• Diploma or SPM in operations or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Flight Operations policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with crew operating pattern and duty roster.
• Knowledge of HC regulation and NCMS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety and security policy adherence within Flight Operations objectives.
• Review and update crew rostering from DSC/SCN with relevant stakeholders.
• Evaluate crew flight pairing changes due to commercial or technical needs.
• Manage crew reservations, hotel, transport, and ticketing for positioning duties.
• Coordinate training roster updates and ad-hoc roster changes.
• Monitor roster legality and 72-hour day-to-day crew movements.
• Provide timely communications to stations about crew movements and changes.
