Job summary

onsemi is seeking a PSG NPI Product Engineer to support new product introductions from development through production release, serving as the technical focal point for transfer, qualification, yield improvement, and manufacturing readiness to enable successful launches.

You will collaborate with Design, Test Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, Supply Chain and Operations to resolve technical issues, drive product transfer, and ensure readiness across the product lifecycle, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Microelectronics or related.
3–5 years in product engineering, NPI or semiconductor manufacturing.
Experience with product qualification, transfer, and ramp.
Experience in wafer fabrication, assembly, or test is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead NPI activities from engineering development through manufacturing release.
Plan and support engineering builds, product characterization, qualification, and release readiness reviews.
Drive product transfer activities with documentation, test coverage, material readiness, and process controls.
Analyze electrical test, yield, reliability, and quality data to identify product improvements.
Coordinate with Design, Test Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Reliability, and Supply Chain teams for manufacturability and readiness.
