Job summary

Intel Corporation in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior NPI Engineer to drive end-to-end NPI launches from planning through high-volume manufacturing. You will bridge product development, factory qualification, and manufacturing operations to meet schedules, cost, and quality targets.

The role requires 8+ years in NPI or related manufacturing, strong data-driven analytical skills, and proven cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years of direct experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or related high-tech manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in ATM operations including factory start-up, transfer, qualification, ramp and high-volume manufacturing.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across product development, factory qualification and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Define major milestones for technology transfer and factory start-up requirements.
Coordinate system, process and material readiness and factory qualification activities.
Lead technical programs or projects, manage timelines, and drive risk mitigation.
Own sample build plans and ensure delivery for Division Customers.
Communicate and coordinate across matrixed teams (TD, Planning, Assembly Test Manufacturing).
Track CSIs to verify equipment capability, line yield, and process repeatability.
