Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking an early-career engineer to drive NPI activities from concept through mass production in semiconductor assembly processes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, evaluate process risks, and document results with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Fresh graduates with internship/project exposure welcome.
• Familiar with manufacturing processes and defect mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Set up and develop new products in DACA, DAF DA, & Vacuum Reflow for smooth MP transfer.
• Conduct process development risk assessment and evaluation planning (CZ/DOE).
• Establish optimal process conditions, apply SPC for stable operations and documentation.
• Track, analyse and compile sample build data in reports for designers/customers.
