Renesas Electronics (Malaysia) is seeking an experienced NPI Test Operations Engineer to support new product releases and ensure operational excellence across test sites in Malaysia and Asia. You will oversee test readiness, drive yield improvements, and manage on-time test transfers from development to high-volume manufacturing.

This position is expected to provide NPI Test Operations and Engineering support for new products releases and deliver operational excellence through test site readiness, yield improvements and on-time test transfers across our Test Manufacturing Sites (Internal and Outsourcing Suppliers) in Malaysia, Taiwan, China and, Korea. This position reports into Test Operations under Operations Engineering Department (OED).
