Intel Corporation in Malaysia (Penang) is seeking a Senior NPI Engineer to lead end-to-end new product introductions from planning through high-volume manufacturing. You will bridge product development with factory qualification and manufacturing operations, ensuring on-time delivery, cost, and quality while managing cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years in NPI or related high-tech electronics, with experience in technology transfer, qualification, ramp, and ATM workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related engineering field.
• Data-driven mindset and structured problem solving.
• 8+ years of direct NPI, ATM, or high-tech electronics manufacturing experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end NPI launches from planning to high-volume manufacturing.
• Coordinate tech transfer, qualification, ramp, and start-up readiness.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders to meet schedules, costs and quality targets.
• Define milestones for technology transfer and factory start-up requirements.
• Drive risk mitigation and program governance across product development and manufacturing.
