Job summary

Intel Corporation in Malaysia seeks an experienced Senior NPI Engineer to drive end-to-end product launches from planning to high-volume manufacturing. You will own technology transfer, qualification, and ramp processes, coordinating across TD, divisions, and VF partners to hit schedules, cost, and quality targets.

The role requires 8+ years in NPI or related semiconductor/ATM manufacture, strong data-driven problem solving, and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in New Product Introduction (NPI) or related high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with ATM assemblies/tests and end-to-end manufacturing flows.
• Hands-on in factory start-up, transfer, qualification and ramp.

Responsibilities

• Define milestones for technology transfer and factory start-up requirements.
• Coordinate system, process, and material readiness; manage factory qualification.
• Lead technical programs, monitor schedules, and mitigate risks.
• Own sample build plans and ensure on-time delivery for customers.
• Interface with TD, divisions, and Virtual Factory partners to align startups.
• Track CSIs for equipment capability, line yield, and process repeatability.
