Intel Corporation in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced New Product Integrator to coordinate NPI activities and drive successful product startup from engineering builds to high volume manufacturing. The role requires collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, with strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.

The candidate will manage NPI execution plans, track CSIs at milestones, ensure manufacturing readiness, and support DFMs during NPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, technology transfer, or related engineering roles.
• Knowledge of Assembly and/or Test processes, TD transfer methodologies, and statistical data analysis.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.
• PMI PMP certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage NPI execution activities for external customers.
• Coordinate cross functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to enable successful product startup.
• Develop and manage detailed NPI execution plans, including task identification, dependency definition, effort and duration estimation, and project schedule tracking.
• Track and publish Performance Against Schedule, ensuring CSIs across key NPI milestones.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness by coordinating system setup, process flow, material readiness, and capacity availability.
• Work with technical experts to identify solutions and drive DFM alignment during NPI execution.
• Lead investigation of issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with owners.
• Document NPI readiness and deliverables, including BOM, process flow, and qualification artifacts.
