Job summary

Tune Protect Group is seeking a Senior Network & Server Support Engineer to manage and optimize our network, server, cloud, and infrastructure platforms. You will provide Level 2/3 support, drive proactive monitoring, and lead incident resolution to ensure availability, security, and performance of critical systems.

The role requires strong experience in Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization, and enterprise networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, network engineering, or a related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in enterprise network and infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with Huawei & Aruba networking hardware.
• Experience with firewall and security appliances (Palo Alto, FortiGate, SonicWall).
• Experience with WAN connectivity and telecom providers; network security environments.
• Experience with server administration (Windows/Linux) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and optimize enterprise network, server, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure for high availability and performance.
• Provide advanced Level 2 and Level 3 support for infrastructure incidents and requests.
• Administer, maintain, and optimize LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers with security controls.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, patching, hardening, and lifecycle management.
• Manage core infrastructure services (AD, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, storage, backup, cloud).
• Conduct proactive monitoring, health checks, and performance analysis to prevent issues.
• Lead major incident resolution and post-incident RCA to improve reliability.
• Plan upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning; drive automation and standardization.
• Support DR/BCP and resiliency testing; ensure governance and compliance.
