Job summary

Tune Protect Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to manage and improve our hybrid infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will ensure secure, reliable, high‑performing services and support incident resolution, disaster recovery, and modernization initiatives.

You will lead administration of Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and Kubernetes, while collaborating with teams to deliver scalable technology solutions aligned with business

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on enterprise infrastructure engineering experience.
• Experience in hybrid on‑premises and multi‑cloud environments.
• Strong hands‑on with Windows, Linux, VMware, Nutanix, cloud platforms, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with enterprise networking and security infrastructure (firewalls, VPN, SD‑WAN, etc.).
• Familiarity with monitoring, backup, DR, and ITSM/CMDB within ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and ongoing improvement of enterprise infrastructure across on‑premises, hybrid, and multi‑cloud environments.
• Ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security of critical infrastructure services.
• Administer Windows and Linux server environments per security and compliance standards.
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/vCenter, Nutanix AHV, Huawei HCI) and cloud services across Azure, AWS, GCP and others.
• Design, deploy, and support cloud infrastructure across multiple cloud providers.
• Administer and support Kubernetes environments, including cluster operations and upgrades.
• Monitor infrastructure health with enterprise monitoring tools and perform capacity planning.
• Lead RCA, problem management, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
