Job summary

Aspiro Sdn Bhd invites applications for a senior network engineer to lead Level 3 incident management across multi-site LAN/WAN environments. The role focuses on root-cause analysis, capacity planning, and security remediation to ensure high availability enterprise-wide.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/degree in CS or Networking, with CCNP as an advantage and 7–8 years’ hands-on experience. Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia is preferred; remote work is not indicated.

• Diploma or degree in CS, networking or related IT discipline.
• CCNP certification or equivalent is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 3 incident management and RCA for LAN/WAN, proxy and load balancer environments.
• Manage enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sites virtually to ensure availability and performance.
• Drive capacity planning and network enhancement proposals aligned to site expansion needs.
• Own security vulnerability remediation on all managed network devices within SLAs.
• Collaborate with vendors and site IT teams for seamless operations.

Job description

Drives Level 3 network incident management, infrastructure performance, and security across enterprise multi-site environments, ensuring high availability and consistent standards.

What You’ll Do

Lead Level 3 incident management and root cause analysis for LAN, WAN, proxy, and load balancer environments.

Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across multiple manufacturing sites virtually, ensuring high availability and performance.

Drive capacity planning and network enhancement proposals aligned to business and site expansion needs.

Own security vulnerability remediation on all managed network devices within agreed SLAs.

Collaborate with vendors and site IT teams

Who We’re looking for?

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Networking, or a related IT discipline; CCNP certification or equivalent is an added advantage.

Minimum of 7–8 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure or network operations.

Experience managing networks across multiple sites or locations (virtually).

Well versed in routing protocols — BGP, OSPF, iBGP, eBGP and packet analysis tools (tcpdump, Wireshark,etc).

Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia (regional support)
