Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in CS, IS, Business Admin, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a similar customer-facing engineering role.
• 5+ years in finance or internet industry.
• Excellent communication to understand customer needs.
• Thrives in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Strong problem-solving with tech and creativity.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web apps.
• Fluent Mandarin and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account executives to design solutions for clients.
• Develop PoCs on Airwallex platform and present demos.
• Lead RFP processes with cross-functional teams.
• Provide strategic product feedback to streamline implementations.
• Identify and troubleshoot integration issues per best practices.
• Give structured feedback to product engineering.
• Own deliverables and track per project plan.
• Research fintech tech trends and propose best solutions.
