Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Senior Murex Support Specialist to deliver senior-level technical support for Murex and Treasury systems. The role emphasizes ensuring smooth EOD/SOD batch execution, interface health, and proactive system tuning across SIT/UAT cycles.

You will work with FO configurations, optimize batch processes, coordinate with DBAs on Oracle maintenance, and lead governance for releases and testing across environments.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of Murex Front Office setup, OSP, Fast Mode and Datamart reporting.
• Advanced Unix/Linux shell scripting and command-line utilities.
• Strong Oracle database concepts and SQL performance tuning.
• Experience with Control-M or Zena or similar enterprise schedulers.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical and functional Murex support for Treasury operations.
• Manage and optimize background processing services and load balancing across servers.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for complex issues to ensure high availability.
• Coordinate Murex interfaces and downstream integration testing and tuning.
• Oversee EOD/SOD batch executions and SIT/UAT testing cycles.
