Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a senior Murex support specialist to provide expert technical and functional assistance for core Murex and treasury systems in Malaysia. You will ensure smooth EOD/SOD batch execution, robust interface integration, and proactive system tuning across SIT/UAT and production environments.

The role requires 5–8 years of direct Murex/treasury experience, deep knowledge of FO configurations, OSP, MXML, and strong SQL/Oracle skills.

Qualifications

5–8 years of direct technical experience supporting Murex or core Treasury platforms.
Solid understanding of Treasury products (FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, Interest Rate Swaps, Bond, Equities) and post‑trade processing workflows.
Experience with SIT/UAT testing cycles and Production Change Requests (CRs).

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level technical and operational support for Murex Front Office configurations across Treasury operations.
Manage and optimize background processing services, including OSP, service threads, and load balancing across servers.
Oversee EOD/SOD batch sequences and schedule dependencies with enterprise tools (Control-M or Zena).
Maintain and troubleshoot interfaces between Murex and downstream applications; support SFTP connections and related infrastructure.
Coordinate production deployments and ensure security governance, access control, and proper documentation.
