Job summary

Luxoft in Malaysia is seeking a Treasury application Production support professional. The role involves 24x7 L1 support for a treasury platform, monitoring production issues, and coordinating EOD batch activities. You will engage with end users and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Exposure to Control-M, Unix Shell scripting, and SQL/PLSQL is advantageous. Willingness to work in shift timings, including weekends, is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 L1 production support for treasury application

• Support Murex production environment (nice-to-have)

Treasury application Production support engagement covering technical issues, services and environment monitoring and EOD Batch support for a leading Singapore based bank

Responsibilities

• - Treasury application BAU 24*7 support:- L1 application technical and functional support in production treasury application support environment- Production support experience in Murex application- Monitoring and issue resolution of Online trade booking applications- Resolving technical services related issues, environment management and EOD batch support in morning or night or weekend shifts- Managing and regular interaction with the application end users and stakeholders management

SKILLS

Must have

• - 3+ years of working experience; preferably - in production treasury application support environment- Experience in providing L1 application technical and functional support- Control M experience- Excellent team collaboration- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong stakeholder management- Flexible in working in shift timings (including all shifts) and over weekends

Nice to have

• Prior Murex experience
• Understanding of trade life cycle in Murex application
• Knowledge on Unix and Shell scripting
• Knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL
• System backup's w.r.t UNIX and Database
