Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of semiconductor product development experience with leadership on complex projects.
• Proven experience in DFT, full-chip test methodologies, and silicon validation.
• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering collaborative teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete product development cycles from pre-silicon to post-silicon validation.
• Champion advanced test methodologies to improve product quality and simplicity.
• Partner with global teams across design, software, manufacturing, and product engineering.
