Virtuos Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer to build an enterprise AI agent platform with a strong backend focus. You will craft agent execution, orchestration, and integrations with enterprise systems while delivering secure, reliable backend services and frontend interfaces.

Bring 5+ years of software development experience, expertise in Python with FastAPI, async programming, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL data modeling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including backend and frontend delivery.
• Strong Python skills with FastAPI or similar, async programming, REST APIs, SQLAlchemy/Pydantic, PostgreSQL data modeling.
• Hands-on with LLM tool calling, agent execution, or workflow orchestration.

Responsabilités

• Build and improve agent harnesses, model/tool execution loops, context management and output handling.
• Develop reusable connectors for enterprise APIs, with input/output contracts; handle data mapping and errors.
• Design Python backend services, secure REST APIs, and PostgreSQL data models for agent/workflow features.
• Create responsive web interfaces using TypeScript and Vue/React for task progress and results.
