Noventiq Malaysia is hiring a Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer to join our Services Delivery Team. You will deliver and implement Modern Workplace solutions for external customers based on Microsoft technologies, focusing on hands-on deployment and migration.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and customers to gather requirements, deploy Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID, and perform migrations from Google Workspace or on-premises systems.

Job Overview

We’re looking for a MicrosoftModern Workplace Engineer to bring your talent to Noventiq Malaysia. You’ll bepart of our Services Delivery Team, responsible for delivering and implementingModern Workplace solutions for external customers based on Microsofttechnologies. This is a delivery and implementation role focused on hands-ondeployment and migration.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with senior engineers, Project Managers,and customers to gather requirements and implement technical designs.
• Deploy and configure Microsoft 365 / Office 365 ModernWorkplace solutions — Exchange Online, EOP, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams,Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Deliver migrations from other/third-party solutions toMicrosoft — e.g., Google Workspace, Lotus Notes/Domino, Zimbra, on-premisesExchange, and file servers — into Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive,and Teams.
• Execute hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations,including identity/hybrid configuration (Entra Connect, SSO).
• Deploy and manage devices with Intune and WindowsAutopilot.
• Deliver Proof-of-Concept (POC) tasks under guidance.
• Produce project documentation and admin/user guides.
• Support customer enablement and training sessions(Microsoft 365 / Copilot).

About You

• Proven hands-on implementation and deploymentexperience with Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace solutions (2+ years).
• Implementation-focused — Hands-on experiencedeploying and implementing Exchange Online / EOP, SharePoint Online, OneDrive,Teams, Intune / Endpoint Manager, and Entra ID.
• Experience delivering migrations from other solutionsto Microsoft (Google Workspace, Lotus Notes/Domino, Zimbra, on-premisesExchange, file servers).
• Basic PowerShell scripting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, ComputerScience, or a related field.
• English — able to read technical documentation and tospeak and present confidently to customers (verbal communication is required).

Advantages (Nice to Have)

• On-premises infrastructure experience — ExchangeServer, Active Directory, ADCS (PKI), Windows Server, DNS, and Group Policy(optional focus).
• Microsoft security skills — Microsoft Defender (forEndpoint / for Office 365), Microsoft Purview (DLP, Information Protection),and Conditional Access.
• AI and Microsoft Copilot Studio skills — exposure toCopilot agents is a plus.
• Experience with third-party migration tooling (e.g.,Quest, BitTitan, AvePoint).
