Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Modern Workplace Migration Lead to design and implement modern workplace solutions for the organisation. The role focuses on steering architecture for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, SPFx, and Graph, while guiding project teams to achieve milestones in a fully onsite Kuala Lumpur setting.

The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience, expert proficiency in Microsoft 365, SPFx, and Graph development, and a proven track

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online development.
• Experience architecting modern workplace solutions and leading technical teams.

We are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Migration Lead to drive the design and implementation of modern workplace solutions for our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural solutions for modern workplace environments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and technology standards.


• Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, SPFx, and Microsoft Graph solutions.


• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, supporting them in achieving project milestones.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless workplace modernization solutions.


• Analyse complex challenges and propose scalable, efficient solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelor's Degree


• Open to Malaysians and expatriates currently based in Malaysia


• Visa sponsorship may be available for eligible expatriate candidates currently based in Malaysia


• Minimum 7 years relevant experience


• Expert proficiency in Microsoft OneDrive Implementation


• Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365


• Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development


• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Teams Development


• Expert proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx)


• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Graph


• Experience designing architectural solutions for modern workplace environments


• Experience providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams


• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver workplace modernization solutions

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)


• Experience integrating emerging technologies into workplace modernization strategies


• Experience with project lifecycle tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
