ACCORD INNOVATIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Lead Architect/Engineer to lead Microsoft 365 environments in mid to large enterprises. The role emphasizes hands-on SPFx development, M365 solution design, and workflow automation.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of managing Microsoft 365 platforms, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a proven track record delivering scalable, secure solutions across complex business processes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments in medium-to-large enterprises.
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing and implementing SharePoint/M365 solutions.
• Proven ability to architect and implement automated business workflows using Power Automate or similar tools.

Candidates must have hands-on experience in the following areas:

SharePoint SPFx Development – Strong experience in developing and customizing SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

Microsoft 365 Solutions – Proven experience in designing, developing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, particularly within the SharePoint/M365 environment.

Workflow Development – Hands-on experience in developing and implementing workflows to automate business processes, preferably using Power Automate or similar M365 workflow tools.

All three requirements are mandatory.
