Job summary

Private Advertiser invites a experienced Metal Production Workshop Manager to lead a metal fabrication team in Subang Jaya. You will oversee daily operations including cutting, welding, grinding, polishing, and assembly while driving quality and cost control.

Lead and train staff, enforce safety standards, and implement 6S practices to optimize production efficiency and workplace organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher with at least 5 years in workshop management for metal products.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes including CNC, welding and surface treatment.
• Excellent leadership and on-site problem-solving abilities; able to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations in metal fabrication workshop (cutting, welding, grinding, polishing, assembly).
• Develop production plans and monitor schedules, quality, and cost control to ensure efficiency.
• Supervise workshop staff, provide technical training, ensure safety, and implement 6S practices.
