Job summary

B. Braun Medical Industries Penang is seeking a Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager - MES (Test) to lead MES testing and deployments.

You will collaborate with global template teams, BMI, and suppliers to ensure robust test coverage and successful implementations in a hybrid work setting. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in MES development and testing, hands-on C#, Angular, MS SQL, and experience with Azure DevOps and UIPath.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in MES system development, testing and support across multi‑tier architecture.
Hands-on experience in C#, Angular, MS SQL, and low‑code platforms.
Experience with SDLC tools and automated testing.

Responsibilities

Responsible for commissioning and technical implementation of MES in collaboration with Global template team and BMI.
Responsible for software testing strategy, test case development, and test execution for MES templates and deployments.
Develops automated test scripts and selects appropriate testing tools.
Assists in preparing and reviewing acceptance tests and monitors setups during rollout.
Validates business requirements and performs unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing as applicable.
Presents test status and development quality to project and management levels.
For senior roles, manages large scale engineering projects end‑to‑end.
Additional role: may participate as software developer depending on capacity.
