Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in software testing, QA, or related field.
• Degree in IT/Computer Science/Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Mandarin speaker with strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain automated testing solutions for enterprise software systems.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define test strategies.
• Design scalable test automation frameworks and reusable components.
• Perform quality assurance including CI/CD integration, security and compliance testing.
• Develop and execute automated UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Create and maintain test strategies, test cases, metrics and documentation.
