Job summary
KN Talent Network is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support and enhance manufacturing applications, including MES and related production systems. The role acts as the technical liaison between local manufacturing operations, China HQ, and external vendors to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related discipline.
- Experience supporting enterprise/manufacturing apps (MES, MOM, EAP, WMS, ERP).
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of .NET or Java and ability to support minor development and reporting.
- Understanding of application support, incident management, testing and UAT.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily application support and maintenance for manufacturing systems (MES, MOM, EAP, WMS).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure availability.
- Coordinate upgrades, testing, verification and deployment activities.
- Investigate production system issues, perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions.
- Manage support tickets per SLAs and escalate incidents with China HQ and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain basic reports and data queries; support development activities in .NET or Java.
