Job summary

Fluor Corporation in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on industrial, manufacturing or EPC projects at site.

You will review variations, prepare final accounts, support progress payments, and coordinate with engineering, construction and planning teams to resolve commercial issues related to MEP and building services.

The role requires a Bachelor's in QS or engineering, 8+ years' experience, and familiarity with FIDIC contract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in QS or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in quantity surveying.
• Familiarity with FIDIC and contract administration.
• Experience on industrial/manufacturing/semiconductor/EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform measurement, valuation, and certification support for MEP and building services.
• Review progress claims, payments, variations and supporting docs.
• Assist Senior Quantity Surveyor with contract administration and final accounts.
• Verify quantities, completed works, and equipment installations on site.
• Maintain quantity records, variation registers, and contractual docs.
• Prepare commercial reports, payment recommendations, and contractual correspondence.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, planning, and commercial teams to resolve issues.
