Job summary

AECOM in Malaysia is seeking a Senior BIM Modeler, MEP to join our team in Bukit Damansara. You will create and manage BIM for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across major infrastructure projects, ensuring integration with other disciplines.

We value strong Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP expertise, solid coordination and clash-detection skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.
• Experience with BIM software, particularly Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure proper integration of MEP systems.
• Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts between different building systems.
• Create and manage BIM content libraries for MEP components.
• Analyze and optimize MEP designs for efficiency and performance.
• Generate accurate quantity take-offs and schedules from BIM models.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement BIM standards and best practices.
