FUJIFILM Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to provide senior-level technical support, implementation, integration and troubleshooting for Medical IT solutions including PACS, RIS, VNA and CVIS. You will own complex technical matters, guide engineers and coordinate with customers and regional/global teams to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience implementing healthcare imaging solutions.
• Experience with PACS, RIS, 3D or Enterprise Imaging.
• Experience in customer-facing implementation.
• Knowledge of Synapse Enterprise Imaging, DICOM workflow, HL7, Windows Server Storage, Virtualization, Networking, & Infrastructure and clinical workflow preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem solving, training, presentation and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical implementation, configuration, upgrade and migration activities for Medical IT solutions.
• Configure, test and troubleshoot integrations involving DICOM, HL7 and related systems.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical and system issues, coordinating with regional/global teams.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and mentor junior staff in troubleshooting and architecture.
• Prepare and maintain system architecture and network diagrams, installation and configuration records, and technical handover documentation.
