Job summary

The role requires a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and 3–4 years' related experience. As part of Engineering and Technical Services, you will lead by example, coach others, and work within CBRE RISE values to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience with shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and life-safety systems.
• Ensure building operations comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and optimise system efficiency.
• Assist with implementing preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs as needed.
• Adhere to safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials and keep a clean workplace.
• Review building systems such as fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing for design compliance.
