Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. The role covers preventive maintenance, repairs, and assisting with installation and modification of building equipment.

You will review work orders and help ensure energy efficiency and safety compliance. The position requires 1–2 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience, with the ability to lift heavy loads and follow established procedures

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of job-related experience or combination of experience and education.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
• Follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
