Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10–15 years of Mechanical Engineering design experience.
• Experience with HVAC, ventilation, chilled water, pumping and piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall mechanical engineering design scope and deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and oversee Mechanical Engineers, drafters, and BIM resources.
• Coordinate mechanical design interfaces with electrical, plumbing, fire protection, architectural, structural, and civil disciplines.
• Lead design reviews, constructability assessments, BIM coordination, and clash-resolution activities.
• Support procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
