Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Building Services engineering.
• Minimum 10 years in an engineering consultancy environment with plumbing and fire protection design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and hydraulic/calculation software; knowledge of NFPA/BS/MS codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Plumbing & Fire Protection engineering team, providing technical guidance and supporting resource planning.
• Review, validate, and coordinate plumbing and fire protection design deliverables across all project stages.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and interface issues.
• Support project planning, engineering estimates, risk management, value engineering, and timely project delivery.
