Key Responsibilities
Project Design Management: Coordinate mechanical engineering projects, including planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Cost Optimization: Monitor project budgets and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand technical requirements, resolve issues, and deliver tailored solutions.
Team Development: Support training programs to enhance team members technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
System Design & Analysis: Lead the design and evaluation of mechanical systems for new product development and improvement initiatives.
Quality Assurance: Ensure mechanical designs and equipment meet industry standards and internal specifications.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other departments to meet project goals.
Process Improvement: Develop and refine internal design standards and workflows to elevate engineering quality.

Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Automation, or a related field.
35 years of experience in 3C product testing automation or assembly automation.
Proven ability to independently design non-standard testing automation equipment from concept to completion.
Proficient in CAD and SolidWorks; experience with ANSYS or other simulation tools is a plus.
Skilled in probability-based tolerance analysis and tolerance chain optimization.
Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is required (spoken, written, and listening).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially in on-site client environments.
Willingness to travel for short-term business trips and work overtime when needed.
