About the job Senior Software Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project‑specific software tools and codebases.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and deliver timely solutions.
• Optimize software architecture for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support the setup of test infrastructure during New Product Introduction (NPI) and Mass Production (MP) phases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software with hardware systems.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing testing software for 3C products.
• Familiarity with the Atlas2 platform and scripting language development (e.g., Python, Lua).
• Experience in building and deploying manufacturing software solutions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design principles.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is required (spoken, written, and listening) to communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
