Job summary

StarHub seeks a Lead Matrixx DevOps Engineer to own end-to-end DevOps strategy, platform reliability, and release governance for mission-critical DXP Provisioning platforms. You will lead CI/CD pipelines design, Kubernetes platform architecture, cloud infra, observability, and production operations supporting high-volume telco journeys across provisioning, charging, billing, and network activation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in DevOps/SRE/platform engineering with leadership exposure.
• Telco provisioning/charging ops experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end telco flows (CRM to network activation).
• Hands-on with provisioning/online charging environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive DevOps strategy and operating model for DXP provisioning and related platforms.
• Ensure end-to-end reliability across CRM, order orchestration, provisioning, charging, billing, and mediation flows.
• Lead design reviews and operational readiness for provisioning flows and service activation workflows.
• Architect and govern CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitOps (Argo CD/Flux).
• Lead multi-cluster Kubernetes platforms (EKS/OpenShift) and platform governance.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation for security and scalability.
• Establish observability and incident management with Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK.
• Mentor engineers and drive SRE practices and release safety across services.
