Job summary

Boston Scientific Gruppe is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain professional to lead procurement of materials, components and services while ensuring 100% customer service levels. You will manage supplier relationships, drive lean strategies, and align with global sourcing teams to optimize cost and quality.

The role requires 8–10 years in planning, purchasing, inventory or materials management within manufacturing and hands-on SAP R/3/ERP experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
8–10 years in planning, purchasing, inventory or materials management in manufacturing.
Experience with SAP R/3 or SAP ERP systems.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Procure raw materials, components, tooling, supplies and services to ensure 100% customer service level.
Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and monitor quality/delivery performance.
Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing and internal teams to develop sourcing strategies.
Support SI&OP, build committed production plans and drive output to meet objectives.
Formulate purchasing decisions to optimize inventory, reduce total cost of ownership (TCO).
Track demand trends and ensure timely order fulfillment, including urgent orders.
