Job summary

Alcon, a global leader in eye care, is seeking a Sr. Associate I for Master Data Governance & Management in Supply Chain in Malaysia. You will manage Commercial Material Master data in IRIS SAP, ensure data accuracy, and drive governance across affiliates.

You will collaborate with Global Data Managers and cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Marketing) to maintain high data quality and support business continuity. Experience in SAP MDG and data governance is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Master Data Management.
• Experience with SAP Material Master Data.
• Strong data governance knowledge and standards.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create, activate, and update Commercial Material Master records in IRIS SAP.
• Review requests and ensure data accuracy within SLAs.
• Guide Affiliates on Material Master Data procedures and governance.
• Support data quality initiatives and reporting.
• Coordinate material setup, costing, pricing, and approvals.
• Participate in data governance and continuous improvement.
