Job summary

Alcon is a global leader in eye care, seeking a Master Data professional to setup and manage customer data and pricing in SAP and related systems. The role requires coordinating with sales teams, especially in China, to ensure accurate customer records and pricing.

You will drive data quality, governance, and reporting, collaborating with IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize data flows. Strong attention to detail and bilingual English/Chinese communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in master data management.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Fluent in Chinese and English for cross‑border collaboration.
• Knowledge of customer and pricing data management principles.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer master data in SAP, SFDC, and related systems.
• Manage pricing master data, discounts, and pricing structures.
• Ensure data quality, deduplication, and governance across systems.
• Support Sales teams in China with pricing quotes and customer data updates.
• Generate reports on master data status and data insights for decision making.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to align data systems.
