Job summary

SEEK is seeking a Senior Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Marketing Operations in APAC to lead the marketing technology ecosystem. You will translate business objectives into scalable martech solutions, drive AI-enabled marketing innovations, and manage a high-performing, geographically dispersed team within the Customer Engagement function.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with minimum of 5 years in a senior martech/marketing operations role within a data-driven organisation.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing technical teams across geographies.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and integration with Salesforce CRM; knowledge of Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, or Braze preferred.
• Strong understanding of API-driven integration patterns and platforms like AWS Athena and Databricks.
• A track record of delivering martech strategy driving measurable business impact and growth mindset toward AI and automation.
• Excellent communication skills to influence at all levels and articulate strategy clearly.
• Strong problem-solving mindset to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes at pace.
