Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience with social media networks, reporting dashboards, Google Analytics, CMS, CRM and email marketing software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage direct report(s) to deliver strategic marketing initiatives.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive growth.
• Oversee creation and execution of campaigns across digital, content, email and events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to maximise ROI.
