Qualifications

• Degree holder with 6–8 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or from a professional services firm.
• Strong communication, articulation and persuasive abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong business acumen and project management skills; analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to secure large accounts through strategic networking and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals by maintaining and gaining large, high-yield accounts, referrals, cold calls, RFP follow-ups and market exposure.
• Maintains awareness of market developments, trends, competitors, and contract status to identify opportunities.
• Drafts due-diligence reports and presentations for RFP responses or to assist senior colleagues.
• Constructs targeted marketing plans for basic offerings and contributes to more complex plans for senior colleagues.
• Belongs to professional organizations, attends conferences to expand a large network and represent the company.
• Collects insights on relationship satisfaction and reports results with context and suggestions to aid retention.
