Job summary

LAGENDA PROPERTIES BERHAD is seeking an Executive, Marketing (Property Development) to support planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies across Malaysia. The role coordinates with project and sales teams to meet annual targets and ensures brand consistency in all materials.

The candidate should have a degree in Marketing or related field and 1–2 years of relevant experience in property development or real estate marketing, with knowledge of digital marketing and licensing

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in property development or real estate marketing.
Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
Good knowledge of KPKT procedures and licensing requirements (APDL).

Responsibilities

Actively contribute to the overall planning and execution of the company’s marketing initiatives across Malaysia.
Develop marketing strategies and formulate advertising and promotional plans in collaboration with the project and sales teams to meet annual sales targets.
Assist the in-house team in producing marketing materials such as brochures, models, animations, artworks, banners, flyers, and advertisements across all media.
Ensure all advertising and promotional materials align with the company's branding and corporate direction.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media and online advertising.
Develop and manage marketing budgets at both group and project levels.
