Oncocare Medical Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Field Engagement Manager to build and maintain relationships with GPs, specialists and other healthcare professionals across Malaysia. You will conduct regular doctor visits and engagement activities to strengthen referral pathways and improve patient access to cancer care.
You will maintain referral databases, monitor trends and feedback, and plan health talks, CME/CPD sessions, and medical education programs.

Coordinate speakers, participants, logistics and promotional activities.
Manage post-event follow-up and engagement.
Develop and execute cancer awareness and community outreach programs.
Build partnerships with community organisations, NGOs and associations.
Support patient and community engagement initiatives.
Identify new referral sources and engagement opportunities.
Track and follow up on referrals and engagement leads.
Develop and manage the annual engagement calendar.
Coordinate events, vendors, speakers and logistics within budget.
Monitor program outcomes and prepare reports.
Work closely with Marketing, doctors and clinical teams on engagement program.
Coordinate with Operations and other departments for smooth program execution.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in building doctor referral networks.
Experience organising CME/CPD programmes, health talks, or community events is preferred.
Experience in oncology or private hospitals is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Malaysian healthcare advertising regulations and ethical guidelines on doctor engagement.
Confident communicator in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Must have a valid driving licence and own transport.
Willing to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends for events.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Executive position.
