Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; disciplines include Marketing, PR, Mass Comm, Business Admin or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of marketing communications/branding/PR/digital marketing experience with managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of integrated marketing communications, brand management, PR, digital marketing and social media.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and implement marketing communications strategies and annual marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, corporate image and market positioning.
• Manage corporate branding, public relations and marketing communications to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Lead planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, corporate events, exhibitions and other marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies and vendors to ensure effective marketing activities aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and manage the marketing communications budget and monitor campaign performance and analytics.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and improve strategies.
• Lead and motivate the marketing communications team to achieve departmental objectives.

Education
