Job summary

SEEK Business in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to blend hands-on marketing with content and customer messaging to drive commercial outcomes. Working with the Marketing Manager, you will help plan and deliver integrated campaigns, owning day-to-day initiatives and coordinating with partners and agencies.

Based in Malaysia with a close link to the Australia-based SEEK Business team, you will collaborate across product, sales, analytics and engineering, contributing to lifecycle

Qualifications

• 4+ years of growth/generalist marketing experience and relevant marketing qualification.
• Strong content and customer messaging capabilities with clear web/social content for multiple audiences.
• Experience planning and delivering marketing initiatives from brief to execution, including social.
• Strong commercial and analytical ability to link activity to business outcomes.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise, and collaborate across teams, markets and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and planning: translate SEEK Business strategy into integrated campaign plans and roadmaps.
• Campaign delivery: develop, execute and optimise campaigns, coordinate assets and manage timelines.
• Content and social: create and coordinate website, social, email content and calendars.
• CRM and lifecycle: review onboarding/nurture journeys and improve engagement/conversion.
• Partnerships and sales enablement: coordinate events, partnerships and sales materials.
• Performance and coordination: monitor paid activity, coordinate agencies, report results.

Job Description

The Role

The Senior Marketing Associate is a hands-on marketing generalist with strong content and customer-messaging capability, focused on delivering commercial outcomes for SEEK Business. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the role supports the planning and delivery of integrated marketing activity across agreed priorities. It owns day-to-day delivery of agreed initiatives, monitors performance and coordinates specialist support as needed.

Based in Malaysia, this role will work with a high degree of autonomy while staying closely connected to the Australia-based SEEK Business team. They will also be part of the small but growing Malaysia-based SEEK Business team. The role will collaborate across product, sales, analytics and engineering, as well as with partners, agencies and channel specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy and planning: Work with the Marketing Manager to translate SEEK Business strategy and priorities into integrated campaign plans, objectives, audiences, propositions, channel mixes, briefs and delivery roadmaps.
• Campaign delivery: Develop, execute and optimise agreed integrated campaigns, preparing briefs, coordinating or creating content and channel assets, managing timelines and approvals, monitoring campaign KPIs, identifying optimisation opportunities and reporting results.
• Content and social: Create and coordinate website, social, email and customer content, including ownership of the editorial and social calendars and the development of customer education, customer proof and search-friendly content.
• CRM and lifecycle: Review existing onboarding and nurture journeys, implement agreed improvements to engagement and conversion, and identify opportunities to evolve the customer experience.
• Partnerships and sales enablement: Coordinate relevant events, partnerships and co-marketing activity, and create the sales materials and customer proof needed for priority initiatives.
• Performance and coordination: Monitor paid activity, coordinate relevant agencies and specialist teams, recommend optimisation opportunities and report on agreed activity.

The Team

SEEK Business is a small and friendly cross-functional team spanning engineering, product, analytics, sales and marketing. We work pragmatically across disciplines to support a diverse range of customers and commercial partners, including private sellers, buyers, brokers and franchisors. The team is hands-on, with people collaborating directly to solve problems and deliver outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a growth marketing/generalist marketing role and relevant marketing qualification.
• Strong content and customer-messaging capability, excellent written and verbal English, and the ability to create clear website, social, email, product and sales content for different audiences.
• Experience planning and delivering marketing initiatives from brief through to execution, including experience managing social activity.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, with the ability to connect marketing activity and performance data to business outcomes and recommended actions.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing demands and exercise sound judgement across different teams, markets and time zones.
