Responsibilities

• Manage marine and coastal projects of varying sizes.
• Serve as Technical Lead: review designs and coordinate CAD drawings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients; lead progress meetings and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Undertake occasional site visits for meetings, inspections, and supervision of works.
• Support business development, including market intelligence and tender opportunities, in coordination with the Company Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage marine and coastal projects of varying sizes.
• Serve as Technical Lead: contribute to the preparation of project deliverables; monitor, coordinate, and review designs produced by junior engineers; and coordinate and check drawings prepared by the CAD team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients: lead progress meetings, manage resources in coordination with the Company Director, and ensure client satisfaction and on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Undertake occasional site visits for meetings, inspections, and supervision of works.
• Support business development efforts, including market intelligence, building relationships with strategic clients, early identification of tender opportunities, preparation of technical and commercial proposals, and contract negotiations, in coordination with the Company Director.
