Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Civil Engineering with 10–15+ years of experience, excellent English, and experience in Asia, including Thailand.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10-15+ years of experience.
• Strong background and varied experience in marine or coastal projects.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working in Thailand and other Asian countries.

Responsibilities

• Manage marine and coastal projects of varying sizes.
• Serve as Technical Lead: review designs and coordinate CAD drawings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients; lead progress meetings and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Undertake occasional site visits for meetings, inspections, and supervision of works.
• Support business development, including market intelligence and tender opportunities, in coordination with the Company Director.
