Armstrong Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Procurement Senior Executive (Manufacturing) to support the Manager in daily procurement operations and lead material sourcing for cost optimization. You will source, negotiate, and procure materials, services, and equipment to meet production needs while maintaining quality and compliance.

The role involves planning, supplier development, and project coordination for new equipment, with emphasis on timely deliveries and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement/logistics.
• Experience in Purchasing/ Logistics/ Supply Chain Management & Inventory.
• ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Detail-oriented with deadlines focus.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute purchasing procedures in line with SOPs.
• Source suppliers to drive cost savings and ensure reliability.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate internal stakeholders.
• Lead project development for new equipment purchases.
• Track supplier performance and resolve quality issues.
• Provide technical support to internal departments.
