Job summary

CTRM AeroSystems Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage PRs, POs, RFQs, source suppliers, and support supplier selection.

You will collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Program Management to ensure uninterrupted operations and continuous supplier performance improvement. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in manufacturing procurement, strong negotiation and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and RFQs, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and support supplier selection.
• Monitor supplier deliveries, expedite critical orders, and resolve supply issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Track and improve supplier performance in quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness through regular reviews and follow-up actions.
• Assess supplier capacity, identify supply risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity.
• Coordinate supplier-related engineering changes (SCR/ECN) and manage inventory transition to minimize obsolescence.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Program Management to support production and resolve procurement issues.
• Prepare procurement and supplier performance reports for management review.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and procurement procedures.
